Women4Cyber Finland's operations are strongly based on volunteer work, which is carried out in three different teams. Volunteers commit to the activity for one year at a time, each in the team where they like to work the most. Each team has its own Team Lead. The task of the Team Lead is to ensure that activities are handled as agreed.

The task of the volunteer teams is to implement activities that support the mission of Women4Cyber Finland in cooperation with support members and collaboration partners.
